Hi! I’m Jessica Derle. I’m a Long Island, NY girl who moved to Florida in 1996. I am a Mom of two beautiful girls, “doggie-Mom” to Goldie a super cute Cock-a-poo, and a lover of anything that will keep me healthy and youthful as I get older.
After graduating from Hofstra University with a degree in Business Management, I began my 30 year career in the Corporate world. I began working at Advertising Agencies in New York City before landing a management job at the NBC Affiliate in Orlando, Florida where I spent 23 years.
In August of 2018, I left a lucrative 6 figure career to follow my dream of starting a business in Wellness.
I now help others, who are passionate about living a Healthy Lifestyle, understand the benefits of looking at their health from the inside out. I also help those with aspirations of starting their own Wellness business, get started on their path to helping others while living the lifestyle they love!
